hard cover, A4 size, 160 pages, glossy paper, with stunning full-colour
pictures throughout. The pictures range from action to
scenic to comic shots, and
gives a pretty good idea of the type of rapids and scenery
one can expect in the different areas and on the different rivers. Even non-paddlers will appreciate the book for its
visual attractiveness.
Being a guidebook,
all river descriptions are accompanied by simple-to-use detailed maps and
fact files, listing important information like difficulty, length,
duration, put-in and take-out, necessary permits, etc.
